A multidisciplinary conference, “Veselības laboratorija” (“Health Laboratory”), organised by “Centrālā laboratorija”, brought together more than 300 physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals from across Latvia. Participants attended to enhance their professional expertise and exchange knowledge.
The conference once again highlighted the importance of collaboration among specialists from different medical fields, as well as the critical role of evidence-based approaches in clinical decision-making.
Key topics addressed during the conference included gastroenterology, endocrinology, neurology, infectious diseases, and paediatrics. Particular emphasis was placed on the interpretation of non-specific symptoms and the application of practical solutions in everyday clinical practice. Speakers also hilighted the essential role of laboratory testing in the diagnostic process and in determining appropriate patient care strategies.
This marked the second conference organised by “Centrālā laboratorija”, further reinforcing the company’s role as a trusted partner for physicians and a significant contributor to professional development.
