The "AB City" group comprises two business groups of importance to society, the economy and national resilience – AS "Repharm" and AS "Olpha". With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Repharm brings together providers of medical and laboratory diagnostic services, pharmacies and pharmaceutical supply companies. AS "Olpha", which has been operating in the pharmaceutical market for nearly 55 years, brings together manufacturers of medicines, medical devices and other pharmaceutical products.
The "AB City" group employs more than 5,600 people and generates a combined annual turnover of more than EUR 600 million. The group has subsidiaries in Latvia and across the Baltic region, as well as in other European Union countries. People and their health are at the centre of the activities of the group’s companies and brands, which provide healthcare services through "Veselības centru apvienība" and "Centrālā laboratorija" branches, pharmaceutical care through "Mēness aptieka" pharmacies, pharmaceutical supply through "Recipe Plus", as well as the manufacture of medicines and other pharmaceutical products through AS "Olpha" and "Rīgas Farmaceitiskā fabrika".

The holding company AS "AB City" was established in 2018. AS "AB City" is a Latvian company with locally held private capital and is owned by four Latvian private individuals. Juris Bundulis serves as Chairman of the Management Board.
