“Mēness aptieka” receives international Best Places to Work program award for the fourth time

“Mēness aptieka” has once again been recognized by the international Best Places to Work program, therefore earning its fourth consecutive acknowledgement as a modern pharmaceutical company that is beloved and valued by both customers and employees.

This year, employees highlighted management`s cooperation with teams across departments, opportunities for growth, openness to innovation, and involvement in sustainable pharmacy development projects as the most positive aspects of the workplace.

“Mēness aptieka” is the only pharmaceutical company in Latvia that has successfully applied for and received the international Best Places To Work certificate four times, continuously improving its assessment results each year. The award recognizes the world`s best workplaces.

It assesses employee satisfaction with company management, values, personnel management, remunerations and benefits, colleagues, atmosphere, work-life balance, overall commitment, and societal impact. Eight aspects of the company`s working environment are evaluated during the certification process.
