On Wednesday, August 25, the purchase of Olainfarm shares announced by AB City was completed. Thus, AB City, has acquired control of 48,1% of the total number of Olainfarm voting shares.

“The mandatory share buyback and the additional announced share sale option have allowed minority shareholders to exercise their will. This will be followed by the next stage of the company’s development, which focuses on expanding Olainfarm’s product portfolio and exploring new markets,” Sergejs Korņijenko, Chairman of the Board of AB City, commented.
